As each item is created on demand at the time of purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds. Additionally, order cancellations are not permitted once your purchase has been finalized.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, we are here to assist you promptly. Please reach out to our customer service team via email at info@lionscloak.com, and we will gladly provide additional assistance to resolve the issue. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
